When you browse
This storefront does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a newsletter sign-up. It does not set advertising cookies.
After you make a selection, the site uses your browser's session storage to remember your pack, delivery option, extras and order note in the same tab. This is not an order submission. These details are not sent to us simply because you type or select them here.
You can edit your choices and clear a saved colour note. Session storage normally lasts for the tab's session; some browsers may restore it when reopening a session.
Your browser also sends technical information, such as its IP address and the pages requested, to the hosting server to load the site.

When you pay or send a message
Payment takes place on PayPal's pages. PayPal may provide your name, contact details, delivery address, order details, payment status and transaction reference so we can fulfil the purchase. This website does not collect your full card details.
For some PayPal checkout links, you need to copy your colour note into PayPal's notes field. The order summary explains this. A copy button uses your clipboard only when you click it. An email link opens a draft in your email app; it does not send the message for you.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include. Please keep order notes and messages relevant, and don't include payment-card numbers, passwords or sensitive information.
Why we use your information
We use order information to process your purchase, arrange delivery, handle returns and answer order questions. This is needed to carry out the contract. We keep records required for tax and accounting to meet our legal obligations.
Responding to other enquiries and protecting the site may rely on our legitimate interests in running the shop securely and answering genuine questions.
Who receives it
PayPal processes payments. InPost, or the carrier used for an upgrade or return, receives the information needed to deliver or return your parcel. Hosting, email, bookkeeping and professional service providers may handle information needed for their services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Providers and processing locations
PayPal explains its own processing in its privacy statement.
How long we keep it
Different records serve different purposes. Retention takes account of completing your order, dealing with returns or queries, meeting tax and accounting requirements and handling legal claims. Information should not be kept longer than needed for those purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some records may still need to be kept to meet a legal obligation or deal with a claim.
Use our contact details to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
A delivery address is needed to send your order. A colour preference is optional. This storefront does not use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
