One collar is £8, five are £35 (£7 each), and ten are £50 (£5 each). Standard InPost delivery is free with all three. You only pay more for extras you choose.

Choose one if that's all you need. The five-pack is handy for a few spares or sharing, while the ten-pack has our lowest price per collar. There's no need to buy more to qualify for free standard delivery.

Five collars save you £5, and ten save you £30, compared with buying the same number of single collars at £8 each.

Yes. You're buying a cat collar with a bow tie, not a bow on its own. Choose the single collar, five-pack or ten-pack for the quantity you need.

Yes, you can split the collars between your cats or share a pack with another owner. Check the fit and fastening for each cat separately, rather than assuming the same collar will suit them all.

We send colours at random. Have a favourite? Add it to your order notes and we'll do our best to include it. Requests depend on what's available, so we can't promise a particular colour.

Not necessarily. We choose from the colours available, and some may repeat. A pack of five or ten means that number of collars, not a promise of five or ten different colours.

Use the Order notes box in your order summary. Something like “Blue or green, please” is fine. Follow the checkout instructions to include the note with payment; some PayPal links ask you to paste it into a notes field on the next page.

A note typed here is not sent on its own. Leave it blank when you're happy for us to choose.

Send us the request and your transaction reference as soon as possible. We'll try to help, but colours depend on availability and changes may not be possible once the order is packed or sent.

The photos show examples from the colour range, not a fixed selection. Your order may contain different colours, and screens can show shades slightly differently. Your chosen pack size determines how many collars you receive.

Yes. Standard InPost delivery is free on every order, including a single collar. There's no minimum spend and no code to enter.

Allow an estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch with InPost. This is the expected travel time after the parcel has been sent, rather than a guaranteed date from placing the order. See our delivery information for more.

Check your dispatch information and any tracking supplied. If the estimated arrival window has passed, contact us with your order reference and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Check the address at PayPal before paying. If you spot a mistake afterwards, contact us straight away. A change may not be possible after packing or dispatch; in some cases we may need to cancel and refund the order so you can place it again with the correct address.

Yes. Tick Gift wrapping (+£1.99) in the order summary and we'll wrap your order. The price covers the whole order, not each collar.

It's a plain box without our shop branding, for an extra 50p per order. It still has a delivery label and any required sender or returns information. It does not include a custom logo or personalised printing.

Yes. Together they add £2.49 to the order. Keep free standard delivery or choose the £1.99 next-working-day upgrade where available. Nothing is added unless you select it.

Gift wrapping, next-working-day delivery and a white-label box add £4.48 altogether. That makes £12.48 for one collar, £39.48 for five or £54.48 for ten. Next-day availability still applies.

Measure your cat's neck and check the collar's size and fastening before ordering. A photograph cannot tell you how a buckle releases. Ask us before buying if you're unsure.

For general guidance, Cats Protection recommends quick-release collars and a fit that allows two fingers underneath. This is general advice, not a claim that the collars shown have a verified breakaway fastening.

Please check the collar's neck-size range, fastening and any age or weight guidance first. Don't assume a collar will fit a kitten just because it can be adjusted. Ask us about the actual measurements before buying.

Follow the care instructions supplied with the collar. Check it regularly for damage or loose parts and stop using it if anything is damaged. Remove it if your cat seems uncomfortable. Don't machine wash it unless the product's care instructions say that's suitable.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what you'd like to return. We'll arrange a prepaid label or another no-cost return method. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us and keep your proof of posting.

Yes. Our 30-day free-returns policy applies to random colours and colour requests. Adding a preference doesn't make the order personalised or remove your cancellation rights.

Contact us with your order reference and explain the problem. A photo can be helpful. We'll arrange the appropriate next step and cover necessary return costs. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind policy.

We issue refunds to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise, within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may then need time to show it. Read the refund information for optional delivery and packaging charges.

Payment takes place on PayPal's own pages. Check your pack, extras, delivery address and total before authorising the payment. Use the payment methods PayPal offers you. It's a one-off purchase, not a subscription.

Check your PayPal receipt or account for the payment status. The page you return to afterwards cannot verify a transaction. We confirm acceptance after checking the order, so a saved selection in your browser isn't a receipt. Contact us before paying again if you're unsure.
