Delivery and returns

Standard delivery is on us

One collar or a pack of ten, standard InPost delivery is free. There's no minimum spend and no code to enter. Without optional extras, your total is £8 for one, £35 for five or £50 for ten.

Allow an estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is the time your parcel is expected to spend travelling, not a guaranteed arrival date from the day you order.

Need it sooner?

Next-working-day delivery is an optional £1.99 per order upgrade where available. The delivery area, order cut-off and dispatch schedule apply. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the next eligible dispatch day.

This is a separate service from free standard InPost delivery. It does not promise arrival tomorrow for every order.

Next-working-day delivery is currently unavailable. Please choose free standard InPost delivery.

Gift wrapping and plain boxes

Gift wrapping — £1.99: we'll wrap your order for you. The charge covers the whole order, whether you're buying one collar, five or ten.

White-label box — 50p: a plain box without our shop branding. Delivery labels and required sender or returns information still appear on the parcel. Custom printing is not included.

You can combine both options for £2.49. With next-working-day delivery as well, the extras total £4.48. Nothing is selected for you, and the order summary shows every charge.

Checking your parcel

Please check the address shown at PayPal before paying. If you spot a mistake afterwards, get in touch straight away. Changes may not be possible after your parcel has been packed or sent.

InPost is the delivery carrier; this website does not include a locker-selection service. Please don't enter a locker address as an ordinary delivery address.

If the estimated delivery window has passed, check any tracking supplied and contact us with your order reference. We'll look into it with the carrier.

30-day free returns

Not quite right? Tell us within 30 days of delivery that you'd like to return your order. You don't need to give a reason. The same policy applies to single collars, both pack sizes and orders with a colour request.

1. Contact us. Include your order reference and what you'd like to return.
2. Use our free return method. We'll arrange a prepaid label or another no-cost method. Please contact us before buying return postage yourself.
3. Send it back. Return the items within 14 days of telling us, including the parts supplied. Pack them carefully and keep your proof of posting.

There's no return-postage or restocking fee when you use the method we arrange.

Your refund

For a complete pack returned, we refund the price paid for that pack. You can inspect the collars as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is needed to check them may lead to a deduction for any resulting loss in value.

Standard delivery is free, so there is no standard delivery charge to deduct. For a change-of-mind return after delivery, the £1.99 premium delivery charge is not normally refunded. This does not affect your rights where goods or delivery were not supplied as agreed.

Any refund for gift wrapping or a plain box is considered separately under your cancellation and consumer rights. These charges are not used as a return-postage or restocking fee.

Refunds go back to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We issue them within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that you've sent it back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may then need time to show the money in your account.

Something damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us with your order reference and a short description of the problem. A photo can help, but it isn't a condition of asking for help. We'll arrange the appropriate remedy and cover the necessary return costs. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by the 30-day change-of-mind policy.

Your right to cancel

You also have the legal right to tell us you're cancelling within 14 days of delivery, followed by another 14 days to send the goods back. Our 30-day policy gives you longer to request a return; it doesn't reduce your legal rights. A colour preference does not make the order personalised.
